Quotes and bookings
Requests sent through this website are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Each proposal states its own validity, pricing and payment schedule.
Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed in the written proposal and may depend on season, availability and group size. Unless stated otherwise, prices include the services listed in the proposal and nothing else.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions are set out in each proposal or contract, as they depend on the suppliers involved (hotels, venues, carriers). We always pass on the most flexible conditions we can obtain.
Liability
We act with professional care in selecting and coordinating suppliers. Our liability is limited to the value of the services contracted with us and does not cover circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
