- Basic technical data needed to serve the site (IP address, browser type) in server logs.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services you request. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to our office and stored securely in our website system so nothing is lost. When a booking involves third parties (hotels, venues, carriers), we share only the details they need to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years; booking records for as long as the law on accounting and travel services requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing, by writing to office1@palomatours.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).
